Every booking requires full payment. We require a credit card hold at time of checking for incidentals and any consumption you might have during your stay (minibar, gift shop, etc.).

Is it possible to reserve multiple rooms or a private terrace suite?
Absolutely! Our Superior, Deluxe, Premium, and Premium with Terrace rooms can be reserved individually or in multiple-room bookings. Contact us for special arrangements.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to an extra charge.

Do you offer late check-out?
Yes, subject to availability and to an extra charge. Please request it in advance at Contacts Page.

Can I check in after midnight?
Yes, late arrivals can be accommodated due to our digital locks. You will receive the details in your email prior to your stay.
